Jack Frost Percy Character Card[]
Spending the night out alone and away from the shed can be very scary for the Island of Sodor’s smallest engine. But when Percy gets covered in frost, he ends up scaring the other engines, who mistake him for Jack Frost.
Coal Dust Percy Character Card[]
Percy often gets dirty when working down at the coal mine, especially when the Troublesome Trucks are around. Although he doesn’t like to be dirty, he isn’t too bothered when he hears Sir Topham Hatt‘s motto “usefulness before cleanliness”.
Chocolate Covered Percy Character Card[]
Percy likes delivering sugar to Mr. Jolly's Chocolate Factory because he doesn’t think there is any chance he’ll get dirty. But when he slides on the slippery rails and crashes into the factory, he gets completely covered in sticky, gooey chocolate.

- The chocolate-covered Percy was also included in the Zany Brainy exclusive Deluxe Chocolate Factory Set and later in a gift pack with the Chocolate Factory Box Car.
- The coal dust Percy was also included in the Percy and Harold Rescue Set.
- On the character card for Coal Dust Percy, "doesn't" is mispelled as "doesen't".
