Cow on the Line is an accessory based on the episode Cows. It includes Bluebell the cow, Bluebell's calf, and two apple trees. Some versions of the pack also contain two fence pieces, and the trees in a light green colour.

- The prototype Cow on the Line packaging was manufactured on May 14, 1993 by Klearfold, a plastic packaging company. The cows themselves were made by Learning Curve and are constructed from PVC (polyvinyl chloride). They have more cut details than the final product, such as better-defined ears and legs, however they lack any decal or printed detailing.
