Limited Edition Better View for Gordon is an item in the Limited Edition series based on the episode A Better View for Gordon. It includes a surprised Gordon with ruined decorations, a numbered scenery track piece of Kirk Ronan Station with a destroyed wall, a character card, and a certificate of authenticity.

40,000 individually numbered versions were produced. The item was also released in Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand for varying amounts. In Australia only 14,400 Gordons were made.

Gordon knows he is the biggest and fastest engine on the Island and is upset when the new station doesn't have a panoramic view to match his magnificence. But when his brakes fail, Gordon ends up getting the view of his dreams after crashing through the new station's wall.

Trivia[]

  • The prototype sample Gordon features a white mouth while the released version is black. The laser engraved number on the bottom of the wallback is #4/40,000.
  • The prototype packaging is folded from the international version of the Wacky Track packaging. Its insert is folded from the Circus Train packaging. The prototype also features a print out of the Limited Edition James Goes Buzz Buzz certificate with "Gordon'' written over "James". The sample is dated 16 March 2004.
  • On the side of the box, the title label is missing a space between "Better" and "View" to accommodate the long title.
